I keep reading that people have felt they baby move at 17, 18 and 19 weeks and some before that. Well I'm 20 weeks and I've felt nothing. It's my first pregnancy so maybe it happens later. Should I be concerned?

Not at all... everyone is different and could be just because of where your placenta is... is its in the front PG women tend to not feel baby movement till later....or baby could be not in the best postion for you to feel him/her. if you can... lay down on your left side in a quiet room and have a cold gla__s of OJ.... stay still and quiet and focus on your belly, you may feel something then.... also if you are very active you won't feel baby either.....cause the movement puts baby into a rest mode... that is why most women only feel movement at night when they are still cause then baby wakes up....
