hi, iv just entered my SECOND trimester, and i did something silly, while cleaning my belly button i came a cross a hard piece of something which i thought was dirt so i took a tweezer and pulled on it gently, it wasnt dirt it was a grey cord, which i let go of immediately and it went back into my belly button, i cant feel it anymore, but could i have hurt my baby in any way? please help im terrified
