Belly Button Strech Marks True Or False

I have been told by several people who have had kids that depending how in your belly button is determines if you will have strech marks. meaning if it has along way to go to come out to pop, you are less likely to have strech marks. and if it has little room to move to pop out you will almost definitly get the strech marks. Sounds weird but I can kinda see the truth in it. Any one have some input for this?

I have a deep belly b___ton and already have stretch marks at week 18. Sorry.

I have a very deep belly b___ton, in my last pregnancy it was barely out when I gave birth, and I got plenty of nice purple stretch marks to go along with it.
