I am almost 17 weeks and the upper part of my belly is hard as a rock and below my belly button it isn't. I have a short torso, and I look really pregnant already Is this normal?

OMG!!!! I have the exact same thing going on with me! I'm almost 17 weeks gestational and where my stomach is located it's very hard like a rock but below my belly where it protrudes a lot, it is hard but not as hard as on top! Is this normal??? I hope so!
