has anyone yet suffered from cramps in your legs. I am 21 weeks gone and just got back from a weeks holidays. The flight was long about 5 hours. I woke up this moring with a cramped leg. Just thank god my husband was beside me he sorted it out. Is there anything you can take to stop gettting them?

I started getting them at night especially in my calves. I haven't found any way to releive them other than just waiting it out, they usually only last for a few minutes. Whatever you do though, don't point your toes when you get them. This will only amplify the pain. It helps if you flex your toes toward you instead. One of the books I read mentioned that you could try to do some stretching exercises before bed by flexing your toes toward you and then pointing them alternately about 10 times on each leg. Hope you find some relief.
