Peanut - we said called the baby that so often that my grandpa got confused and actually thought that was what we were naming the baby!

As soon as I took the hpt my husband said there's a critter in there, so that's what we've been calling it
|

During the first pregnancy we called the baby Speck. I don't have a nickname this second time around... YET!

Hubby Calls him "Fishy" lol. He said that the baby is having a good time swimming around in there.

I have no nick name for my fetus and I am 11th wek. i haven't thought of that. Good idea. Tonight i will have one.

When I was 18 years old I got pregnant my first time...scared and alone (The baby's father pressured me to have an abortion.) I did. The day I went in they did an ultra sound...the baby looked like a worm...I regret and hate mysef for ever making that decision...but whenever I talk about the baby or pray I call the baby "Worm". I was 5 weeks.

Im 8 weeks and my sister calls it sweet pea cause at 7 weeks it was roughly the size of a pea and at 6wks it was called sea horse cause it looks like that in the pics!

Becca, Please don't hate yourself. You are not alone. I haven't had an abortion, but I work with a prolife group and in doing so, I know of an organization called Silent No More. We named him/her Manny because according to the picture in the MANY preganacy books out there, it looked like a manatee when we found that we were pregnant.

I call my baby son because my husband always wanted a boy and we have three girls "son"

we (mostly i) call our baby "EVIL". why? well, the baby is alseep most of the day but as soon as i try to relax at all, it starts to kick like no tomorrow. then it follows with jumping and pinching and lots of other things it has time to do. i haven't had a good nights sleep for about 4 weeks now. i'm currently 16 weeks along. the baby teases me too. it'll push real hard and make me double over...then it'll let go and i'll be okay for a few minutes and then it pushes REALLY hard again. oh, i love being a mother. now i understand why animals eat there young. lol

Oh jaqui I cant stop laughing at u and ur baby, how far are u? I feel no pushing tugging just little bubbles like it's trapped wind lol. But I just call it 'baby' boring i know or I call it 'it'!
