I felt so much better after reading replies to my post about still being tired this far in, I thought I would try this stranger symptom out on you all! Is anyone else experiencing this: I feel like I have to move my body and especially my head very carefully so as not to bring on a head rush. (If I turn or move too quickly, I get really dizzy for a few moments.) It's really uncomfortable. It happens when I'm first in bed, too, if I turn from side to side too quickly. Ok, anyone else? Thanks.

I have gotten a few head rushes but not often. They usually happen if I havn't had anything to eat in a while and i think it relates to the blood sugar being down - which is essentially a low blood pressure. try having a cracker or soemting small and see if that helps. Our bodies are going through a alot right now and it's sometimes hard to find what works best.
