I have developed an itchy rash of small pink bumps which goes down my arms and legs. is there anything 'safe' I can use to stop it itching and to help with healing. I'm on 4th baby, 17th week. I had a similar rasdh with my 2nd child, who coincidentally developed excema.

Hi Trish, I am in my 21st week now, and I've always had a Very Mild case of excema. I am a painter and recently my arm rubbed up against some terpentine and paint that was sitting on my canvas and I also got this itchy-burning rash. The Dr. said it was a chemical reaction and that if you don't scratch it, it will go away. So after a few days it started to go away, but now whenever I start painting again, it comes back. So, the best thing for rashes I can think of is not to scratch it at all. Also, Cetaphil is very good, a non-fragrent moisturizer you get here in Canada, the Dermotologist told me to use it. Hope this helps.
