I haven't been around much lately and haven't had time to read through the posts. I just wanted to stop by and give you guys an update. I haven't had any more bleeding since Friday, Feb. 8, so that's a good thing. I am still paranoid about it and probably will be throughout the rest of my pregnancy. I went in to see my doctor and she is referring me to an obstetrician just to make sure we have covered everything. My delivering doctor is not actually an ob, just a family pract_tioner that does deliveries and is part of a group of doctors called a maternity center. I decided to go with the center because the delivering doctor works with my family doctor and they can share the prenatal care, plus you have a much better chance of getting your doctor for your delivery instead of a total stranger. Anyway, my ob appt is on March 3rd. I have spent the last two days at home with my 19 month old daughter who has been very sick with a fever and vomiting. This is the first time she has been sick like this. Up to now, she has just had colds so this was a challenge for us. She seems to be feeling a bit better now, but she still isn't herself yet. Hopefully she will get over it in the next couple of days.

Hi ladies! Deb: I am glad to hear your bleeding has stopped...what a scaring thing! Hopefully your pregnancy is smooth sailing from here on out. I know what you mean about the flu! my 12 month old ds just got over it about a week ago. It was horrendous...and he had a hard time coping with it. He had roseola and then right after a nasty flu. Not a happy camper. I am 25 wks now (due Feb 4) and my belly is becoming a soccer ball. Baby is moving, twisting and turning especially at night and I can even see little limbs poking up and down on my belly now. My df thinks its the craziest thing! Anyone else going for their glucose screening test soon? I am going next week and hope I pa__s. So, what names has everyone picked for their lo?? Our bub is going to be named Damien Connor. And how far along is everyone?

hi deb... i am so glad to hear that the bleeding has stopped and you have every right to be scared or paranoid... it's your baby in there! but it does look like the doctors and you have taken every precaution to instill that your little bundle of joy is safe and sound! I will be delivering at a birthing center at our hospital too. it is brand new and it is super nice... my MIL works at the hospital there and she always keeps me up to date on the birthing center upgrades! lol i have yet to take the tour but i will do so pretty soon. i'm so sorry to hear about your daughter being so sick. that's awful. :o( I know what it's like to care for little ones when they don't feel good and it just pulls on your heartstrings when you can't help them feel better. hopefully she will be better in the next couple of days... sending good vibes and big hugs to her. :o) WELCOME ERIN!!! Like everyone said we are a very tight group but are always loving to have new mommies join our group! so a home birth huh? this is my fourth baby and there is no way i would do a home birth but you go girl! that's super cool. you will have to let us all know how that one goes! i think all of us here are opting for the hospital. hehe... I love the name Miles by the way... that was one of our top names for our little guy too... i'm having a boy too! His name will be Tripp James. So welcome!!! and you know what KAY... I'm actually due July 5th... so we are together... edd's not in the month of june! hahaha. but if my past is any indication I will deliver in june! we'll see though only mother nature can tell! lol.... wow you are still a tiger in the sack , huh??!! lucky husband you got! lol ;o) so ladies yesterday i had the worst bh contractions ever!!! i was walking around at the mall after i ate my turkey/avocado sandwich and i was feeling pretty good... then i got the worst gas pains ever!!! so dh said 'lets go home and you need to lay down he said you don't look very good'... i was kinda mad cuz i was supposed to get some new maternity clothes and i didn't even get that far!!! so it took us about 30 min to get home and i was just writhing in pain... so i get home and sit on the 'pot' (sorry tmi) and had an explosion out of my a__s!!! hahaha still didn't feel any better so i just layed down and i just felt something was different... not exactly wrong just different. i noticed my tummy was getting hard and contracting and it was going on like two hours so i panicked and called the doctor (you know cuz i lost the last baby at 15 weeks so i panic) and asked me if the baby was still moving and i said yes and he told me to lay down and no more walking and to take it easy... and to keep track of these bh contractions to make sure they dont get stronger or more timely or frequent. they lasted sporadically for about 6 hours. they felt like the worst menstrual cramps ever! ugh. but this morning every thing seems to be ok but i don't think that dh will allow me to go back to the mall today. he will probably make me stay in bed just to be sure everything stays where it should! lol i don't blame him but i hate staying in bed!!! it sucks and i want to go shopping! hahaha anyways, that was my story yesterday. what's everyone doing this weekend?

hahahaha DDT you always say Feb 4! it's too cute!!! glad to hear everything is moving along nicely for you! and yes it is the pits when you go sick little ones. My little boys name will be Tripp James. I really like the name you picked out... Damien Connor. super cute. i'm 21 weeks by the way.

Hey girlies~ Ok I read through everything phew Im exhausted LOL ... Welcome Erin! I live in PA and I'm on the pink team my lil Violet Ember is due June 4th and newlywed I checked out that site and it says I am 6 months now and will be at the 3rd tri mark March 12th. Girls I have been packing ...then shoveling .. and up and down stairs then dealing with all this drama in my life Im sorry I havent been around :o( I have my dogs in the poconos with my dad and his 3 dogs and he is handicapped so he calls to complain everyday about my dog lol ahh well what can i do ... when I go up there I will have to bring him back with me again which is hard cause the dog is handicapped .. one headache after another ! I have not showered in 4 days!!! Im going NUTS i take baths with a wet rag and sink how disgusting ! I cant wait to shower.Well tomorrow my friends are gonna help me load the truck and get my c___p up to the poconos then I have to come back and stay in this cold house again so I can go to my doc's appt monday morning then I can go back to the poconos and unpack my stuff and settle in a little bit - then I come BACK to lehigh valley for the month of march but I will only have a b__w up mattress TV and my laptop and pack my clothes as I need them lol ...what a headache- all because of that stupid heater ! They ended up tagging it and shutting it down. Ok well talk to you all soon have a great weekend!

Hi girls. Well Disko, I guess you didn't give up any booty last night. I did, haha, sorry TMI but Fred was so funny about it, we got done doing our thing and he ran downstairs, so I'm like what the hell, I need some snuggle time. He runs back upstairs and goes Look Little Fred is smiling at you, he actually drew a smily face on his bird. HAHA I was like OH my God !!!! Then he goes, you better not tell your girlfriends on your pregnancy forum about this, they'll think I'm crazy. But I had to tell someone, it was way too funny to keep to myself. He went to some reptile show today, he's trying to sell our alligator. Yes we have an American Alligator, and he tries to eat me everytime I walk past his tank, so it's time for him to go. So I know we were all talking about money the other day, and I'm kind of getting really scared about it. There is no way that we will be able to survive on only his income, so I don't really know what we'll do but it's making me extremely anxious. My mom keeps telling us to move in with her so we can save up and buy a place instead of renting forever, but we can't bring our dogs, so it won't work for us. I think I'm gonna get a night job while he works during the day, it's what's going to have to happen. AHHH I'm thinking way too far ahead, and freaking myself out.

waaaaa.....gabby no i didn't get to give it up last night! and i actually had my 'peekachu' set on it! hahaha.... that is so funny what fred did! i mean how can you not tell us ... that's great! ah you made little fred happy! lol i love it. it totally sounds like something that my freddie would do... but i he like to call himself big daddy! lol too funny. so you are all by yourself today? well you and your dogs, right? how's the weather there? the weather here today is shyt.... it gray, windy and rainy. good movie watching weather. last night we watched american gangster and it was awesome. today i am gonna watch across the universe. i've been waiting to see that movie. so freddie just took the kids over to nanny and grandpas house (they live a whole mile away!) they were missing the kids and so freddie told me to just relax and take it easy..... ugh. that's okay though it's quiet and peaceful now... well except for the cats and dogs running around like they are mad! so ummm.... an alligator huh? how big is it? do you have any other reptiles? any other ones that want to eat you? well besides fred! lol ;oD

hey dawn... you poor thing... i just want to give you a big squeeze. please try not to overwork yourself. i know that you just want to get settled in and all but be careful.... use your friends and family... thats what they are there for! lol just be careful ok, doll. oh yeah and this past week i did check out i am pregnant dot com and it's a pretty cool site... although i did register there i can't add anything like words to my page cuz i use a mac and it doesn't support my browser... so that's lame for me. :o/

Ok now I am freaking out ... I dont think i want to live with my parents I CANT omg... my poor dogs , it wont work .. I should just move to my old house the one I had rented I was going to stay there anyway for the next 3 months.. Hmmm omg .. what should I do?! This is last minute for me to change my mind.. d__n... I dont want to move there then have to move back. I dont know what to do now. oooo man i hate this! Disko i didnt register on that site just used the thing newlywed said so it tells me what date is the 3rd tri ...Im so lost

Yeah Disko, he's all crazy with the reptile c___p. We have a frog that is huge, a bearded dragon, a ball python, 2 tarantulas, and he just called and said that he sold the alligator but got 2 geckos as part of the trade. Oh and we have an alligator snapping turtle. But you know the reptiles don't bother me too much because he has a little reptile sanctuary in the bas____nt, and I just don't really go down there. And it is c___ppy outside today here. Perfect movie weather too. I wanted to see American gangster, how was it? I'm on the internet looking for a work from home thing, but they are all mostly scams. I was looking on Craigslist but I'm sure I won't be lucky enough to find anything. I would even stuff envelopes, haha. King was kickin the c___p out of my side earlier, I think he is getting restless in there.

Dawn, when can you move into the other house?

hey dawn ... if i was you this is what i would do.... don't move in with your parents ... if you already sense that it won't work it most likely won't. don't the other tenants move out march 1st? if so, move in there. you will be much happier and chastidy won't get bustled around. that's important. if you have to stay at your parents till march 1 just to stay warm and have chastidy stay with her dad. i know you hate to do that but she does have school. or like you said you could get a hotel for a week or so although it could get kinda expensive. but then you could keep chastidy with you and just start packing up your stuff. oh sweetie. i feel for you. i wish i was in PA so i could help you out. *big hugs*

gabby... a reptile sanctuary huh? i used to have a friend who was way into reptiles too... but she had them all over her house. it kinda freaked me out. one of her tarantulas jumped on me and then she had this hanging plant and i looked up and there was a freaking snake hanging down about to slither on my head!!! hahaha.... needless to say i didn't visit her house much after that ... she came to my house where you won't find anything like that... maybe outside. geckos? those are cute. my parents live in maui and they have them everywhere.... omg speaking of maui..... i was supposed to be going there to visit in march but now i won't be able to cuz freddie has to finish school and the whole thing about taking the older kids to their grandmas and working that all out was gonna be too much and with me getting bigger and more panicky... it won't work. so anyway last night my brother who live in maui too called me and said 'guess what? guess who is coming to maui march 22?' i was like who???? he says 'INCUBUS!!!'..... That is my most favorite and best rock band ever.... omg i love them and to find out that they are gonna be there and they are gonna play this tiny little venue i was soooo jealous! boo hoo! even now i just want to scream! figures though. so i told him he needs to go... they are awesome. i mean they know me and my son, Crow.... he was named after one of their albums... i even had brandon boyd draw my tattoo i have on my arm!! argh..... i wanna go so bad! but, i need freddie to finish school and start cracking on getting a job!!!! we need moola! freddie just called and he and taylor are going grocery shopping and crow is at nannys and cody is at his dad's house for the weekend. american gangster is soooo good! i highly recommend it! excellent movie! it will probably win an oscar or something... isn't that this weekend?

Ok girls - I made a decision ( I suck at those) I am going to move into my other house - The tenants move out march 1st - I rescheduled my rental truck for next weekend - Its going to interfere with school for me but I will try to work it out. I think this is the best answer ... Gabby I can move next weekend... Thank God I am freezing my a__s off
