I'm so sorry Kay that you're stuck on bed rest! It's hard to just sit around and do nothing. With my dd I had to spend 5 days on the couch because of bleeding and it was miserable! I thought I was going to go out of my mind with boredom. Hope everything stays put for you though! Keep that LO in there! Gabby, I could not get your pictures to open at all and Ma, your email bounced back to me. :( Thanks for the compliments on the photos - I feel nothing close to beautiful at the moment. I miss my skinny body and thinner face. :) Everything is round and puffy - even my shoes are feeling tighter. I love Zicam too - but you have to take it at the beginning of your illness for it to really work. You could also take zinc - it's the same thing. My cousin is a pharmacist - not the ones you see in the drugstores, but works at a hospital in Oncology, and says that you might as well save some money and take a zinc losenge. I still buy zicam though - I think it's a mental thing. :) I'm so tired!!! I can't sleep at night and then I have this low iron stuff - and I just ate a huge lunch at the Olive Garden. All you can eat soup/salad/breadsticks - and I ATE!! yummy!!! I also ate two ding dongs last night! I don't even want to know how much fat is in those things. I keep telling myself I'm going to watch what I eat this time but then all of a sudden I go on these binges where I want everything bad for me. :) It's so hard to say no to your cravings!!! Oh, for your sore throats -try the saltwater gargle - or, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water and drink it. It's nasty, but it kills germs. It helped me with my sore throat a couple of weeks ago - wasn't anywhere near as bad as my dh's - lasted only a day or two while his lasted over a week. :)

Oh oh more drug tips!! haha I hate being sick and working at walgreens I think I've probably got half the drug wall. woo contraction not fun! LOL what I was also going to reccomend is taking losenges like sucrets or chloraseptic. Might not taste as good as some of the regular cough drops but it has a bit of a numbing agent in it so it puts the other stuff to shame! They work way better. Perhaps the zicam is partially mental lol but it works well for me and I've got a lot of people at work hooked on it. you look just fine in your pictures by the way girlie! I don't wanna say I miss my skinny frame because I actually thought I was TOO skinny, but I do miss having a normal shape. HAHA our pharmacist brought in her 5 month old yesterday and I was trying to hold her on my hips and alas, I don't have hips anymore! Gabby I got your pics and you've got a cute tummy and an adorable little girl!

Kay, I think you meant to tell Fefer that she has a cute little girl. She is super cute. And like Dawn said, I have not seen one ugly girl on this entire site. I don't know what I did wrong with those pics. But I did get everyone elses. Disko, you have beautiful kids, especially with those blue eyes. And I'm jealous because you still have a small frame just a baby bump. I'm starting to get big everywhere, AHHHH. Kay, I was telling my boss about you today, because she's a doctor, and she said that usually if you rest and stay off of your feet that the contractions will lessen every pa__sing day and by two weeks you will be feeling much much better. She also said that the 40% estimate that they give also contains high risk pregnancies in it. So she was saying that if you are not high risk, then your chances of going into labor are even lower. So I was b___hing earlier about my couch, and I washed the cushion covers and it looks amazing, like a brand new couch. I don't know why I didn't think to do that years ago. I'm such a moron sometimes, maybe I should be Blonde, haha j/k. So I had a pretty lot of hours this week and now I have some spending money. I'm gonna go to Homegoods and get some stuff for the house. I need a new rug for in front of the sink, and then we want to get an area rug for Kings room since our entire house is hardwood, and then I want to get some shelves for his room too. I promised my grandmom I would visit her tomorrow with my neice and nephew though, and now I'm kinda bummed cause I can't go shopping until Sunday. That sounds so selfish esp. since she's 84, and I rarely see her, I'm just super excited to go shopping. Ok well I'm gonna go lay down, I still have a headache and my back is starting to really hurt.

gabby..... oh stop it you are so freaking cute!!!! you and fred look so incredibly happy!!! fred looks just like this guy we know named skip.... dead ringer from the face! weird that ship just drove by and honked his horn! weird. lol okay well go take a nap and i hope your headache goes bye bye and well the backache..... i hope it gets a little better! :o) oh and thank you for such sweet compliments, you are a doll. i def need to take more up to date pics though... i have gained a whopping 22 pounds so far.... yikes. and yeah my kids all have blue eyes..... i think that this boy is gonna look just like Crow. i'm gonna schedule my 3d/4d u/s in a couple of weeks... i wanna get it done when i'm 28 weeks so i've got a few more weeks to wait... gabby are you gonna get one too?

oh yeah and marisol.... tried to send you another email and i keep getting it back so if you send me one i can send you some pics... okay. and you were asking about what name we were gonna pick for this little boy and we are sticking with Tripp James for now anyways..... who knows it may change... i really liked Silas but freddie hates it so Tripp James is the name.

Oops I thought the pictures I just got were from you gabby so ok fefer you're little girl is a cutie pie LOL I had your email addy's backwards but I've got it now! I'm considered high risk because of the knot in the cord, but I wouldn't go into preterm labor because if it. We just have to keep an eye out for possible signs of distress and obviously they don't want me to go into labor so the knot won't get pulled. I was gonna have a repeat c-section anyway so no biggie. disko - he probably couldnt tell if your daughter had strep throat because he didn't bother to do a swab for it, but the antibiotics are hopefully strong enough the first go round to take care of everything for her. You're able to take sudaphed for your sinuses if you really uncomfortable. Silus is a cool name.....so is sirus but they sound similar. Don't worry about the weight, I think I've gained close to 30 now. I just got home from labor and delivery and I'm probably the fastest patient they ever had. I can't get how retarded it is that d__n doctor made me go in at 10 at night to get a shot in my other b___t cheek.....made me like him even less because the one I saw last night said it'd be fine to go into the office a 4 to have it.

Hi ladies. I know you gals noticed I disappeared a few weeks ago. After responding to shoppingfortwo's post over her recent loss I realised you may see me there. Well this is really hard to tell you but we lost our little baby boy 3+ weeks ago. You may remember I started bleeding at 20weeks gestation and was put on bedrest. Unfortunately it never resolved and an infection set in. My docs did everything they could but I went into labor at 22weeks and they couldn't stop it. Dh and are hangin in there, this is the hardest thing we have ever had to go through but I know my baby's spirit is out there and waiting to come back to me again. I wish you ladies all the best. Enjoy your pregnancies and those little babies when the come in June. I'll be thinking about you.

We'll be thinking of you too jess and I'm so sorry you have to go through this. I hope you and your husband are able to get through this as well as could be expected in your situation and wish you the best of luck whenever you decide to try again. I want to wish you in the future that you have a healthy, stress free (as possible) pregnancy and healthy baby. You know we'll be here if you ever need to talk.

Jess I'm so sorry to hear your news. I've just posted a response to SFT and I can't believe there is more bad news. I'm not really sure what to say or whether my words will be of any help, but I'm thinking of you and your husband and as Kay says wish you the best of luck moving forward. Hi everyone. It's so somber here on the 2nd tri board. I'm so sorry Jessica for your loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you and DH and just remember that we are all here for you, if you feel like talking about it. And I just read SFT post also, and I can not imagine what she must be going through. I'm so sad for everyone. And I miss Dawn, haha. I've been super busy this weekend trying to get stuff done for Kings room and what-not and then my mom called me yesterday to tell me that noone in my family is having Easter. So again, just like last year, I got stuck having it here. I don't really mind cause my MIL usually cooks everything then brings it over, it's just the horrendous cleanup that I dread. And Kay and Disko, I've gained 10 pounds just this month, so don't feel bad. I think 19 pounds total now, but I am only 28 weeks and still have 12 more to go. I think my doctor is gonna give me the TALK this visit. I was alraedy warned that if I started gaining too quickly I would get the talk at my next visit. I swear I've been having the most intense groin pain at night whenever I try to switch positions. Anyone else having that? It's like someone is ripping my hips out of their sockets. Ok well I'm gonna go try to give some comforting words to SFT on her post, and then try to get some homework done. Talk to ya ladies later!

Kay bedrest .. wow that would drive me nuts too I hope things get better soon .... do you have a lap top we can chat all day I'll keep you busy!
Well I just popped in to say hi I am in the middle of sorting through my house and putting stuff away ...what a couple of days! My 2 friends moved me I didnt lift much but omg did the heels of my feet KILL me .. then the one friend stayed and she put some stuff together for me since bending down or kneeling is way too hard right now. Oh and when they are moving me in here we find out my bedframe doesn't fit up the stairs so I had to call the man who was delivering chastidys bed and tell him to bring me a split queen frame ugh another 190 bucks out the window. And I had to sleep on the sofa with my dog whining all night so I got NO sleep ...then the next day the one friend decided to rejoin me and help me do chastidys room(paint it) and she did like 3 walls and quit haha so I had to finish it up so I spent the day painting then I ran to the old house which is having a open house today and I scrubbed the whole house vaccuumed mopped etc and loaded some other little misc stuff in my truck and brought it here then when I finally think ok i can rest I forgot the cable guy was coming to install the cable internet and phone and i didnt have a phone .. so i had to run to the store to get one at midnight .. i was SO exhausted i was standing in the store and got dizzy ..mind you I also have been living off one meal a day for the last 4 days and working non stop from when I wake up til when I go to bed.. so here we are its sunday and I have alot of stuff done finally I just have to go over to the other house one day in the week and get my curtains for my bedroom and chastidys room - I am still unpacking and putting stuff away and I am going to go grocery shopping today finally. Then I have some laundry to do ... I have a few chairs to put togther but not right now.
Yesterday I felt so bad though between the back pain and legs aching and feet omg .. my feet.
O and I still have that heart thing going on - everyday yesterday was all day and today so far all day too - its really frustrating.
Ok well I was thinking of you girls and wanted to check in ..im off to do some more stuff then go shopping.
I'll be back on tonight and tomorrow kay if you wanna chat!!!
Tomorrow i have my docs appt and the gas company going to shut the gas at the other house.
Well have a nice sunday :o)

I get pains too when i try and flip from one side to the other between crotch pains and sciatic nerve pain i can barely move - then when i get up i almost fall cause of that nerve pain its horrible!

It's funny how I always feel like hey, I gotta go check on my girls! I talked to heather for a second and she and they baby are doing fine and she says hi. Today wasn't actually so bad. I went to bed last night about 130, got up at 3 and stayed up with hubby till about 6 then took another nap while he cleaned the kitchen and cooked rice, broccoli, shrimp, and steak strips for breakfast. We watched a movie and I took another short nap till about 1030, just kinda bs'ed around watching tv and playing online games, then crashed from about 3-630. I guess since I've been sleeping on and off all day it helped it go by faster. Take it easy dawn.....you don't wanna end up a couch potatoe like me lol and yes I've got a laptop thank God! I also feel good about getting to get out of the house tomorrow and go to my appointment. I'l probably be there a couple hours since I have a NST, ultrasound, and dr. appointment. I dunno if she's gonna do a pelvic or not, but they checked my cervix twice in the hospital and it didn't feel too good.

YUCKK I hate the cervix exams!!! oooooooo that was the worse of it for me thank goodness they finally stopped!
I have my appt tomorrow too Kay at 11 and this is the first time ever I dont want to go - i am just so tired right now but I know i have to ..so I will be there - and I know after this they will get way frequent .. I hate the idea of going and not having medical all because of that IDIOT at the welfare office denying my case now i have to go through the whole process again.
ugh
