Thank you for all the help Malak, the only nice hotel listed is the crown center one, and when I clicked to reserve the price went up, so I am sad to say that I'm just outta luck with that. The other hotels are cheaper....key word 'cheaper'. You think for the money that they are asking you to spend, you would get like a jacuzzi tub or something!! Not so much. I will continue on my quest of something else to do. I will let you know if I think of anything else!!! Thanks again for trying!!!

I'm sorry i couldn't be more of a help, but im sure you'll find something else. i forgot to ask you, are you in maternity clothes yet, im wearing maternity jeans, its much more comfortable, so anything new happening with you?

Not too much new stuff. I am wearing some maternity clothes....jeans for sure! All my other clothes I wore bigger anyway...more comfortable, but I am loving the maternity pants!! I called my dr and we are going in for our gender sonogram on Halloween!!! I am super excited!! We will do a 3-D Sonogram too, but not till about 28 weeks. That way we will get to see more facial features and stuff. Everything else is going great! We are motivated to finish the baby's room this weekend, so we are going to get everything out and paint!!! Wish us luck! Are you getting stretching yet? I am feeling a lot of stretching, it's awesome!!

Wow Courtney, it seems like you have a lot of exciting things comeing up, thats the best part about having a baby, Holloween is on the 30th of Oct or 31st, im not sure when it is exactly, but in all cases thats great, the room painting also is going to be so much fun im sure, did you decide on a colour yet you were saying off white or white as i remember. oh and i forgot to tell you that my doc gave me a bigger time frame for my due date he said that it is from the 17th till the 26th of March so i like that i have a chance at an earlier due date now, ofcourse the baby will have a mind on its own and will only pop out when its good and ready at least thats what im hoping for. The 3D pics are always amazing im sure that they will be great.

Yah, Halloween is the 31st, so I have a countdown!! We are going to stay with a neutral color, that way we can put things on the wall all throughout their childhood if they wanna change it, they can! I think it's great you have a week of a due date!! You are right though, when that baby is ready, there's no stopping it!! Did you have any plans this weekend?

Hi Courtney, actually we have no plans for the weekend what so ever, our weekend starts today anyways and already all we're doing here is sitting in the living room doing practically nothing but being coach potatoes! our weekends are Fridays and Saturdays. Also here it is Ramadan which is a holy month where we fast from dawn till dusk, i ofcourse am not fasting my doc told me not to, so im off that, but husband isn't so this time around the year people are usually lazy at least till the sun sets and they start eating then there're back to normal. oh you should be careful about the painting though try to get a water based paint so that to avoid any fumes that may come out of it and make sure to ware a mask i read this some where before, also make sure that the room is well ventilated, bettere be safe. i wish you a great weekend. P.S, you've asked me before somewhere if the u/s i did was v____al or abdominal and the answer to that is abdominal so its the easy way and much more comfortable.

My first and only u/s was a v____al...not so much fun! I cannot wait for a belly one!! to see that there is really something in there! I will get that kind of paint, my mom already gave me a lecture of what kind to get and all that jazz! I wish I could be a couch potato today, even tomorrow, but I got about 7 hours of work left...blah! Then this weekend we are finishing the room, so no relaxing then!! Hello Courtney, how was your weekend, hope everything worked out great. My belly is now more visiable when im not wearing loose clothes, it almost happened overnight or even less, i went in to take a shower late saturday night and when i got dressed im my pyjams after the shower my belly seem to be poping out MUCH more, it was really weired even my husband seem shocked, im really thrilled about that, yet i did get this strange burning pain under my belly b___ton yesterday which lasted for exaclty 5 seconds and then never came back but i cant stop wondering what that was, i really hope its just nothing, so where are you, i hope you'll log in soon and tell me all about you.

I am at boring work! My weekend was great. We got the room almost completely painted. We just need to re-paint the corners. We didn't really do much else. Just relaxed. I feel my belly popping out more too. My hubby noticed too, and he is super excited. I am feeling great, kinda stuffy, but other than that I am feeling pretty well. I hope this week goes quickly because I want it to be next tuesday!! Just wanna make sure I am moving along well, and that the baby is doing well. Did you do anything fun this past weekend?

No nothing fun at all last weekend, so did you come up with any new plans for your aniversary? i know how it feels waiting for the next appt its so frustrating, but dont you worry the week will fly and everything will be great at your next appt, will you do a u/s? i hope that you do and that you get to hear your baby's heart beat, i would suggest that if you have a vedio camera take it with you so that your hubby can vedio tape the whole thing, also because if you get to do the u/s chances are you'll get to see your baby moving around in there and that is always so exciting to see, so if vedio tape it you'll get watch it over and over when you get home and till your next appt.

No, we don't get to do an u/s. Remember we only get one at the very beginning, then we get one to find the gender which is Halloween. They will use the fetal doppler thing to find the heartbeat. I just wanna hear the little booger! I would love to see it, but we will get to hear it no matter what (a__suming everything is okay in there!) I have a feeling everything is going well, but sometimes you get a little doubt! I'm sure everyone does! No more plans for the anniversary...I think because we spent so much on paint and supplies for the baby's room, that we will probably just have a nice dinner after our appt. I have a feeling my hubby has something up his sleeve, but I'm hoping he doesn't...he doesn't need to be spending that kind of money on me right now! Do you guys have the baby's room ready? Have you started it? What are your ideas?

no, i havent started doing anything in the baby's room yet, i kind of dont want to start anything yet im still scared and dreading that something will go wrong, plus there is the gender issue because i want to paint it either blue or pink so i have to wait for that, but i do have a very specific idea of what i want to do with the room, and i know that i want the furniture to be white. im sorry that your plans for the anniversary didnt work as you would have liked maybe on his birthday you'll get to do the hotel thing, anyways i sure that you guys will still have an amazing time and that you'll enjoy your dinner, plus it looks like you will be getting a suprise so thats exciting. oh and im sorry i forgot that you only get two ultrasounds or so but in all cases the important thing is that you'll get to hear your baby's hb and get a__sured that all is well so at the end thats what counts.

I agree about the heartbeat. I want to have dark furniture in our baby's room. We painted the walls white, so white furniture against white paint wouldn't look right. When is your anniversary? When is your birthday? I hope you have a great evening, and I'll catch you tomorrow when I head to work!

You're definetly right about the furniture, since you painted the walls white it will be much nicer with dark furniture, my birthday is on March 14th so its pretty close to my due date, so im hoping that the baby will be the best birthday present ever and my hubby's bday is also in March on the 31st so the due date is exactly between mine and his birthdays, its just going to be so special i feel, our wedding anniversary is on 15th of June, but the special date in our life is actually June 17th which is the date when we started going out, and that was year 1999, so next year we will be together for 10 years, we were high school sweet hearts as you might say, so thats our story what's yours?
