I am due May 14 by my dates, May 18th by measurements. I went over with the other four, so I expect nothing different from this little one. I have my next u/s on the 17th. I am afraid to go near a scale, I haven't been good and it's been a feeding frenzy since we took a vacation over Thanksgiving! I gained 10lbs almost right away, within the first trimester which has had me scale shy. LOL Tatik have you found out if your uncle spilled the beans? It's nice to have so many posting!

Hello May Mommies :)... I'm also a May mom and having a little girl. She is kicking as we speak and today I am 22 weeks. I'm waiting on the spitting to go away but I've read in some of the other forums that this might just keep up until I deliver. In any case besides that I'm happy about my little bundle of joy and it seems that all of you all are too. I can't hide anything I have to wear maternity clothes now but its fun picking them out. Good luck to you all. Any advice for me since I'm having a girl?

I'm due May 14th and it couldnt be a more perfect time. My bday is May 1st so I'm getting the best bday present ever this year! : ) I had an ultrasound at 20 weeks (Dec. 26th) but my baby was being stubborn and wouldnt uncross her legs for an hour. The tech finallly got her to move in a way we could kind of see the gender. She said the baby looks like a girl but she can't be sure. She also said she's never had such a hard time with an ultrasound! Now I know its a girl haha. She's just like the rest of the women in my family. Hope everything is going good with the rest of you. We need some updates on gender soon!

After lurking around this site literally for years, I guess it's time to pop in and say "Hello!" I'm due May 28. I can't wait to find out whether I'll be recycling the old pink clothes from my first two, or if DH and I have finally managed to make a boy. Hopefully Jan. 19, if Baby cooperates. Those of you that already have at least one of each gender, did you notice any obvious differences in your pregnancies? My mom says that she got much sicker with me than with my brothers. I guess I'm just looking for hope. Of course I'll be thrilled just to have another healthy baby, boy or girl; but having a boy would be the frosting on the cake. Know what I mean?

Well May ladies, I had my ultrasound and we are having a BOY!!!!!!!! I had two girls then a boy and now another boy! Thank God our baby looks healthy and since now we will have two girls and two boys it's like you said IImommy "frosting on the cake". Anyone else find out what they are having????

llmommy - January 4

Congratulations, TatiK! I'd love to have two and two like that. (And then maybe one or two more. . . we'll see. . .) My sister-in-law had the same deal, and it seems so nice. Two more weeks until I get to find out about mine. And hey, I was rereading some of your posts, and you come from a big family, too! That's cool. I have five brothers. (No sisters.)

Hi Everyone! I haven't posted in a while and I just thought Id drop in and see how everyone is doin! Im due May 30th and finally starting to show a little bit! We just found out on the 30th of December that our first baby is going to b a baby girl!!!!! We're thrilled!!!! Just curious, when did everyone start to feel their babies moving around?

llmommy - January 5

With this pregnancy and the last, I felt the baby move at about sixteen and a half weeks. I kept thinking that maybe I was feeling something, but it was hard to be sure. (Gas, maybe? Indigestion?) At 16.5 weeks, it was definite. I felt my first at about seventeen and a half weeks.

excitednewmommy2B - January 16

So I found out that we are having a little Boy! I'm so excited. Any ideas for names?

llmommy - January 17

How about Buford? Just kidding! :-p It seems like my husband always gets the jump on me when it comes to names. I procrastinate, he picks something he likes, and then somehow he gets his way because I never get around to choosing one I like better. He already has a boy name and a girl name picked out. We get to find out Monday which one it'll be!

I'm soooooooooo disappointed! I had my ultrasound yesterday, and the doctor couldn't tell the s_x of the baby. It kept hiding in the corner and crossing its legs. What's worse, they won't give me another ultrasound unless there are issues later on. I know I could pay to have an ultrasound done elsewhere, but it seems like such a lot of money to pay just to have my curiosity satisfied 19 weeks early. The good news is that Baby appears to be healthy and doing well. I guess I'll just have to prepare two names and two going home outfits for the baby, just like my mother used to do it!
