I am really trying not to let them get to me. I have already been in the bathroom crying. I haven't told my boss and I am thinking about telling him.

Don't let them get you upset. It is not good for you or the baby to be upset. People can be so hurtful. Do they know that they hurt you??

When they kept on saying I am starving myself and my baby. I said, I went to the dr and my dr told me that my weight is fine everything is coming along great. I thought by the tone in my voice they might be able to tell that I was getting a little annoyed. Then they just kept on. I wanted to sink to the level and say the same thing to them. I would never go up to anyone and tell them something mean about them.

NM, You know that our pregnancy keeps us on an emotional roller coaster so I know that you are taking what they are saying to heart, but you really shouldn't. As long as your doctor tells you that you and the baby are fine then you shouldn't worry. Every woman's body is different so they can't compare you to anyone else. The next time they tell you that you are small, say "Thank You". NM, you are very lucky to not be that big, you should take pride in that. Most people tell me I look about 6 or 7 months and I'm not even 5 yet, so trust me, you are lucky!!!

Thanks Jennifer, that's what I was thinking-around 20 weeks. I remember that was about the time my belly just blew up too. Can't wait for that. Unfortunately, my a__s and thighs b__w up too. I feel like my hips have grown 5 inches out since I've become pg. I'll be driving and I'll look down and think "Damn, those are some big a__s hips" All at the ripe age of 23 (almost). I've escaped stretch marks on my stomach the other 2 kids, but I think I am gonna get it this time. I can see their shadows creeping on my tummy!

I am only able to feel the baby when I am sitting down, and then it is flutters and rolls and when I am laying down I can get flutters, rolls and a few kicks in there, still very light. . .although the other night I grabbed my fiances hand and put it there because it was the strongest I had felt.

I am really trying....but, my feelings were really hurt by this.

I agree with Lucky, NM. I would just say "Thanks, don't you wish you guys could be this small AND pregnant too!" BTW Lucky, you should post up a new picture, I bet you are huge-but trust me ALL baby! :-)

I thought that I was going to be lucky and not get stretch marks because my mom didn't with my bother or I, and they said allot of it is genetic. . but I am getting itchy!! :0(

I think I am going to post a new one either today or tomorrow, I want to put a new one upl every 2 weeks..... Ekay, going by your baby's heart rate it might be a boy....Beth, I can't find where you posted the date of your next U/S, I thought it was Apr 21st, but I don't see it on here. I still can't wait til you get yours. Me, you and NM are the only people that are finding out the s_x. By the way, NM, have you done anymore shopping? I heard that Walmart was having a sale on Pamper, 92 for $19.99, I don't know if that good but my friends told me that is a good price.......

I feel the same way about the stretch marks, I only got a few with my son, but I have a feeling I am going to get more this time, I am keeping my fingers crossed, my stomach is also itchy, and at time it feels as if it is goign to rip open, I think it must be a foot popping out or something, but is is uncomfortable. Ekay, I do the same thing when I am driving, I look down at my thighs and think oh nooooooooo, the are getting huge!!! I tried on a pair of normal pants yesterday, I really shouldn't have done that, because I was having a day that I felt huge, not pregnant, just really really fat. Well that didn't help at all, they were so tight in the legs, I wanted to curl up in a ball and cry. I knew they wouldn't fit in the belly, but I wanted to see the legs and it was not a pretty sight!!!

I am itchy allot too, and it's difficult to not scratch because it itches soooo much.. I know how you feel beth. Your stomach is definately growing. A lady told me to carry a towel with me and if it itches too much to rub/scratch it with the towel and not with your nails.....she said that would prevent stretch marks,,,, She didn't have any, so maybe it works... Also, I use cocoa b___ter all the time (except when I'm at work and thats when it itches the most)

My next apt for my hopefully u/s is May 10th!! only 3 weeks and one day, haa haa. . .I am HOPING that he will be doing the u/s!!

Beth - April 18

I actually ran out of my coco b___ter, I need to get more, I started using it RIGHT when I found out I was pg. .haa haa, thinking that early on might prevent stretch marks, and then when I am REALLY growing I don't have any. . .haa haa

I am starting to feel a lot better. I called my husband and vented and plus I talked to my boss. I haven't really done anymore shopping. I am getting so many clothes from my friends, I am not sure if I have to buy any. All of the clothes still have tags on them.

Beth - April 18

Man I wish I had some good friends that had been pg before, and that of course were my size, ha ahaa.!!
