Wow seems like a lot of girls :) We are going to have to start tracking.
Ashley-Good luck today. I'll be checking back later to see how it went :)
GloriaD- I had placenta previa with my first pregnancy. For me it did move up out of the way of the cervix in plenty of time and I was told that is the case like 90% of the time so try not to fret too much. I did end up having a c-section though cause the baby was so big..lol.

hi everyone, most of u dont know me , but i am not new, lol, i just dont post alot, sorry.
i will be 20 weeks on friday i am so excited, i have an appt that friday too and i get to find out what i am having, me and dh are so excited, but of course men want boys, so he is scared to find out LOL. he does not care what we have as long as the baby is nice and healthy but he says he does not want to go through all that trouble with a girl, i told him , now u gonna feel what my dad went through LOL.
well n- e ways i think i have only gained 2 pounds, i was worried cuz i was not gaining any at all, but the dr said it was ok, i was probably gonna gain it at the end, but i weighed myself and i think i have gained 2 pounds, not bad. i do feel the baby kick alot, especially at night, i have notice that during the day a lil movement to nothing, but at night when i am ready to go to sleep and i am in bed its party time in my belly.
well let me stop now, i am glad everyone is doing fine here. this is so exciting right.

My dr wouldnt give me a u/s!!!!!! He wants to wait until I am 18 weeks so he can do the gender scan and to check all the organs, etc. me and DH were SO disappointed. His u/s tech who does these scans is only there 1 day a week and wasnt going to be there next week so I made him give me a referral to get it done at the hospital next week. I am going to try to schedule it for Monday. The machines are WAY better at the hospital anyways. I couldnt sleep at all last night beacause I thought today was going to be the day!!
jessi - Keep us updated on what you find out :)
Hope everyone is doing great!

Jesse - congrats and good luck with the scan! Don't worry, even though men want boys, in the end they always love having little girls. My husband is already enthralled with our two soon-to-be daughters, even though he originally wanted boys.
Ashley - that would make me so mad! Why couldn't they just do a quick 10min u/s, gender should be obvious by now. Don't they realize how much we wait anxiously to find out boy or girl?!?!

I was so mad!!! Thats what I thought too, why couldnt he just do a quick scan? He was giving me scans all the time and I have not even had one in like 3 weeks. Such a disappoint. The only good thing about having to wait is that at least now I get to go to the hospital and get the scan done on their machine. Then there was a issue when I was scheduling it at the hospital this morning, but I persisted and I got my appt for 7/2/09 in the afternoon. SO a little more than a week to go......BOO!!

Hi everyone! I haven't been on in a while, been really busy with work, school and the kids! I hope everyone has been feeling great!
We went for our 19 week appt yesterday and had an ultrasound, and everything looks great! The baby was sound asleep, so it took a while for the ultrasound tech to get all of the measurements, but everything looks great! I didn't mind that it took a while, we got to watch! We did not find out the s_x, by choice! Going to be a surprise!
I have been feeling the baby move, some days more than others. Can't wait to feel it consistently!
Well, I hope everyone is doing good!

Good morning ladies. Hope everyone is doing well today. My youngest (22 months) has finally realized that something is going on with Mommy's belly...lol. He keeps lifting my shirt to peek under and then lifting his to compare. He has also become very cuddly and clinging so he knows something is up now. My oldest (3 1/2 years) won't give me hugs anymore, only the baby. He actually says "this hug isn't for you it's for the baby" lol! He is so excited. Still a way to go yet though. I will be 20 weeks on Friday.

Julie- that is really cute.
I had my glucose test and ultrasound on 25th and everything went well. The echogenic focus which was there in the last scanning is disappeared now and glucose test result is also normal. The hemoglobin level is a little low, it is only 9.4. Anybody knows what are the food taken to increase the level of hg?

Hello everyone! Everyone is kinda quiet.... When do you do the glucose test? i'm only 18w 4d (not that I'm counting) and gosh do I wish I was farther! I went out and bought shorts/tanks today. Seattle is gonna get hot on Thursday so I thought I'd go spend some more $ on maternity clothes:) I finally felt baby kicking. Its not all the time, its very sporadic still. Julie- my dd is almost 22 mo. and she is finally starting to notice my tummy also. She just keeps asking "what's that?" and pointing to it. Its so cute though that they're aware! Littlekmom- okay so you are on Nov. mommies page! I posted on the toddler's page........
Thanks for the previa info Julie. I am trying to just not think about all the "what ifs" at this point since so much can change. its nice to know it can fix itself:) Oh, and I'm having a boy! I was snooping on Oct. moms and they're all having boys so maybe I'll just HAVE to pop in october!!!! Don't I wish:)

Hey everyone, I haven't been on in awhile, looks like everyone is doing well! I frequent another forum on about.com and almost everyone there is haviong girls too! What is going on?? I found out that I was having a girl and didn't take it too well! I was convinced I was having a boy as I was soooo sick with my girls and this time I've been fine, not a day of nausea...I cried when the lady told me and she didn't understand y I was crying. I told her that this would b my fourth girl and we were really hoping for a boy, but she still didn't get it! UGH! :( Anyhow I only found out on Saturday and I am still in denial about the whole thing and I am almost wishing that I didn't find out. I know that I'll get over it and love her to pieces, and I feel really awful for being so disappointed but I can't help how I feel...
Anyhow I must be thankful for a healthy baby! :)

Well its undeniably 2 boys!!! I had some candy before my appt to make sure they were moving around and it worked. They are measuring perfect, my fluid is perfect, cervix is perfect - I am SO SO excited. Dylan James is 11 ounces and Connor Joseph is 10 ounces.
