Hello I am almost 25 weeks along now with my third child. I have been experiencing a lot of sharp lower pain and pelvic pressure. Also I have been getting more backaches and leg numbness. I keep talking to my doct. nurse(man is it hard to actually talk to your Obgyn) and I keep getting the same response its normal .It doesnt feel normal at all. Like I said this is my third and my first two were nothing like this at all.... Am I worring to much or should I really try to get to see my doctor? need advice!!

Laura - if you have a gut feeling or if it will just make you feel better then absolutely get in to see your OB - but rest a__sured I too am pregnant my 3rd time and it's so different from my first 2 it's crazy...every pregnancy is different and although that may not have been "normal" with your first 2 it could be normal now...don't worry but I do believe that if you feel something is not quite right - get in to your OB cuz you never know - Good luck and keep us posted - I don't know how it works with your hospital but after you reach 20 weeks I bypa__s the ER and get to go right to Labor and Delivery - I found after a few trips to L&D where the doctor HAS to call and see what the hospital wants he amazingly started returning my calls..LOL Good luck!

laura, i understand your worry. Honestly I don't know if it is normal or not, but my nurse/dr. office is the same way! My nurse ALWAYS says "it's normal" and I don't think she ever even consults with the dr. It drives me nuts! I'd take cors' advice and visit L&D if it is really bothering you. I know that I can't just get into my dr. unless she asks me to come in (and she never does, lol)
