People Saying I Look So Big

A lot of family and friends are saying I look like my belly is so big already??? I don't know? This is my second and i'm 23 weeks. i have gained 16 lbs which is right on target (according to the book 'What to Expect When Expecting') I go to the doc in 2 days so I guess I'll have to ask her to measure?? Anyone else getting such comments?? I don't want to get upset about it cause it's silly but it's hard not to think about it....

I know how you feel, but everyone carries differently. EVERYONE tells me how small i am for being 25 weeks, and then i really worry! But i just have to remember that i know my baby boy is growing healthy (according to the ultrasound) I try not to focus on it, but its really hard when people are always teling you your too big or too small!

i know how you feel im 17weeks 2 days and this is my first i have gained about 17bls and people aske me how long i have left allready lol.

lol I work at a chinese food buffet so of course everyone there says I look huge haha, but my family all says I look small for 26 weeks. So who knows lol

Since this is not your first pregnancy, it's totally normal to be bigger. Everything is "pre-stretched" I have also noticed a difference in my size this time around. I think you are right where you should be, congrats and good luck!

ha at my midwife appointment today she was feeling my womb and said its messuring at around 19-20 weeks! im only 17weeks

People keep saying I'm huge for 27 weeks and people are even convinced that even though I have ultrasounds every week, there is a second baby "hiding" in there.
Everyone looks different when they're pregnant. I even work with a girl that is due 2 weeks after me and even though she is significantly smaller than me she waddles like crazy! Babies are just carried differently I guess.
