Sore Palms

I am 21 weeks pregnant and about three weeks ago, I started to have some soreness in the palms of my hands and soles of my feet. I have not read this as a common symptom, but is this normal? Could I be deficient in any vitamins?

I don't know if this is normal or not, but at 26 weeks with twins, I have it, too. Would love to find out more!

I am only 24 weeks pregnant and I have had the sore palms and soles of my feet for a few weeks myself. I have no idea why I have it. I drive a standard/manual car and it hurts when I grab the shifter. I thought it was just something wrong with me. I didn't know that other women felt it too.

At 16 weeks the soles of my feet hurt as well???? Just standing up long enough to make lunch and I have to sit down. You're not alone, but I have no idea why it happens.

I have the same symptoms. I'm 26 weeks and have had sore palms and soles for a few weeks now. Does anyone know the cause?
