Subchorionic Hemmoraghe 18 Weeks

Hi ladies
my wife is 18 weeks pregnant with twin girls. She has been diagnosed with a subchorionic hemmoraghe and has been bleeding on and off ( from bright red to, merlot to brown) for almost two weeks. The hemmoraghe is 4cmx5cm. Is there anyone that can offer some insight or advice. We have seen a specialist and she prescribed progesterone to be taken vaginally at night, and we see her again in two weeks for our 20 week check ultra sound and now to see how this thing is doing. Just a scared mommy to be here. Thanks.
