I thought I would bump this thread and tell you these is hope. I've had endo for years, stage III with hydrosalpinx on one side plus cyst. I went to an RE did two laps and decided to move on to medications to help ttc. I started 100mg of clomid 3-7 then a shot of menopur on cd9, then did a HCG shot. Whala! I'm pregnant with twins, 13 weeks, and 5 days. It can happen just keep faith and a good doctor who is patient. GL!!! It is a hard journey and will take a tole on one but as long as you stay strong and remember your goal it's acheivable.

I have endo (mild to moderate) and am currently on my second pregnancy. I did have a miscarriage earlier in May and diagnosised with a possible hydrosalphinx then but I got pregnant again the next time I tried. I am 18 weeks now. I had a surgery for my endo in May 2006. Got pregnant with my 1st daughter in early 2007 and then decided to try again pretty quickly after when she was 8 months old because I could feel my endo coming back with a vengence and I'm in my 30's. So, there is good news. Have you had surgery for it at all? I've never gone on drugs for this. I'm too weary of medications and also I can't even be on birth control without being wacked out mentally, so I decided not to go that route. The surgery cleaned out lots of scar tissue around my tubes and ovaries. I think that might have been worth it. Good luck!

I also have endo. I had it since I was in my later teen years. I am now 24 and 15 weeks prego! I had surgery in July of this year and found out that I was pregnant in October. My Dr. said that I should just stay prego all the time since I do so well with pregnancy hormones. He explained to me that with most women who have endo...pregnancy really helps with the pain and the inflamation down there! I can honestly say I have felt great through-out my 15 wks of being pg. I haven't had any sickness what so ever. I have slight cramping in my lower abd but dr. says it's from my junk stretching out! So, if you have endo, just keep your head up and thoughts positive. Just try not to stress over getting pg. if you do... it takes much longer (trust me). lol. GL with everything. Hope this helps.

Hi! I'm 17 weeks pregnant after having ENDO - I had a laparoscopy to have it somewhat removed last September (07). There is hope! Just have faith!

I also have been diagnosed with endo - stage II 'significant'. I had a lap at the end of Aug after ttc for 10 months and having symptoms for years. I was prescribed with 50mg Clomid after ttc for a year and got pregnant the first month. Touch wood, I am now 13.5 weeks. Keep the faith!!! It takes longer, and getting AF definitely sucks extra much each cycle but you will succeed!

Oops - I meant to type 12.5 weeks.

I had stage 4 endo, since I was 15, i would pa__s out due to the pain and almost ALWAYS end up in the ER, I took pain meds regularly due to the pain that became daily....then finally after I got married my husband convienced me to get the surgery, (i was scared senseless of it) and in Feb 2007 i had the lap done, a month later- I got pregnant! we weren't even trying at that point (we had been trying for 5 years already to no avail and we got the surgery for the pain and the fact i couldn't work not really to get pregnant) and my baby girl was born in Dec of 07! Now the down side, shortly after she was born i felt the endo coming back as each month my cycle got more and more painful... then while counting down for the pain to come, I realized it was late, and what would you know PREGNANT again! (we spent 5 years having unprotected s_x, and kinda fell back into that when the pain started coming back figuring the endo would stop pregnancy, we thought i would have to get surgery again for our next child) and i am due in July of 2009!! So i do think it is possible! just keep the hope! and well its cliche BUT for us it happened when we stopped trying so hard and didn't expect it! (same was true for this next baby!)
