how do i know that my baby is ok in between visits to the dr? i havent felt any strong movement yet (im 21 weeks) and for the past tree days ive barely felt anything thats actually noticeable. could something be wrong? this is my second, i just dont remember anything from that pregnancy.

April- I can't answer your question, but I sure do know how you feel. I am considering renting a doppler from belly beats to keep me sane between visits. That may be a good idea for you too.

I always post on this site about how the doppler saved my sanity this pregnancy. After having losses in the past I was a wreck this pregnancy so I got a doppler and although I still worry, having that thing handy has been so valuable. I'm almost 37 weeks and I still pull it out every once in a while if movement isn't strong, etc.

April, just like the other moms I purchased a doppler on ebay for about $80.00 and it is the same kind my doctor uses in his office (Elite). I had a miscarriage last year and once we found out we were pregnant again I went online to buy the doppler. It's so comforting when you don't feel the baby as much. It's worth investing in.
