Young First Time Mom With Dilema

I am a first time mother, i chose to study abroad, so am half the globe away from my family and my boyfriends family, i am also a 3rd year univesity student...my due date is around the time of my final examinations, i have been asking around to find out if the universities in portugal allow you do complete your degrees via correspondence since i dont have any support here, no job, etc and the medical bills as well as the stress is starting to weigh me down and so far no one i have spoken to has ever heard of students completing degrees via correspondence, and now im stuck with the dilema of whether or not i would be able to complete my degree or not...does anyone out there know anything about how to maybe go about this?

maybe you can talk to the officials at the school about it, they would probably have a better idea as to your options than we would. good luck and congratulations!!
