I would like to know can you be pregnant even if you haven't missed your period?

Ive heard ppl say that one of the first signs of pregnancy is a missed period. But I havent missed it. Does that mean that im not pregnant?

More details please Nicole. You can't be pregnant if you haven't had s_x with anyone. Some women a__sert they have had what appear to be normal periods at the beginning of their pregnancies. There is also implantation spotting which in some cases might be mistaken for a light period. If in doubt, take a pregnancy test.
