hey.. me and my bf just had s_x on tuesday(the 27th) we used a condom but it ripped and we didnt notice till after he was done..rite after that i went to the clinic to get the morning after pill...but its only about 85% effective..im still nervouse!!! so long story short how long does it take for an egg to fertilize..like travel up the fallopian tubes ect?..im still scared!!

If you are ovulating, the cervical mucus can carry the sperm to the egg within a few hours. But there has to be an egg there to fertilize! I don't think you will be pregnant. No worries! Good luck :)

CR is right. Sperm can travel an inch in 8 minutes. It could happen in an hour and a half.

The morning after pill(s) delay ovulation, prevent fertilization, or prevent implantation by altering the endometrium. It is not effective if a woman is pregnant and cannot terminate an established pregnancy. The pills are most effective during the first 24 hours after having unprotected s_x, but can be effective for up to 72 hours.

after having s_x if you wash your vigina can that prevent you from getting pregnet.
