About 3 weeks ago, my fiance and I had unprotected s_x, but he didn't ejaculate inside me, and he claims he didn't pre-ejaculate. But the week we had s_x was the week I was supposed to get my period but I didn't, instead I got it 6 days late. Still, I've been experiencing headaches, br___t tenderness and darkening of the nipples, cramping, nausea, frequent urination and really bad fatigue. So could I be pregnant? I know I should take a test, but I would like advice first.

Since you got your period you are likely not pregnant and also having s_x the week of your period makes it unlikely that you are pregnant if you have a regular 28 day cycle. However, you need to USE PROTECTION. Whether he ejaculates or not you can be pregnant. Men can't feel pre-c_m and it still contains sperm that can get you pregnant. Pulling out is not reliable for birth control.
