There's no problems with masturbating any time during pregnancy (unless your doctor tells you you're high risk and need to cut out all s_xual activities). The only way I could see it coming close to interfering with the mucus plug is if someone was using a ma__saging shower head directed right into the v____a... obviously something that's not recommended even for the non-pregnant women.
