Red Spotting Earlier Than My Period Pregnant

Could I be pregnant?
I had s_x on the 25, 26, and 28 December. We did not use protection, but my boyfriend came outside every time. I ovulated on 30 December.
4 days later, on 3 January.. I douched and noticed a little bleeding, very little bleeding, only the size of a grain.
Then my temperature kept rising and my br___ts were sore.. On 10 and 13 January, I bled again. This time a bit more bleeding. The colour was fresh red, as my usual period would be. The thing is, I only notice that I bled if I douched. There were no blood stains on my underwear.
My next period should be on 17 or 18 January.
What's happening to me? Could I be pregnant?
