so i put what i did recently ..and now i have tiny pinches by my ovaries my period isnt due till the 17 and i feel as if my ovaries a tiny bit swollen is that normal? what could it mean

I would say either you are getting ready to start or your pregnant. You should see a doctor to be 100% sure what is going on. Could also be a cyst.
