Ok, I'm 18 and have been recently "fooling around" with my boyfriend of 2 years. Two nights ago he went inside me, not all the way but very close(we have done that a few times lately). It hurt and we kept messing around and he stopped trying to put it in. Then after we were done I went to the bathroom and I was bleeding just a little bit and it kinda hurt to sit down. So i wore a panty liner to bed just incase it bled anymore. Then yesterday morning I was still bleeding so I thought..maybe I started my period 2 weeks early..so i put a tampon in. Then last night the bleeding stopped again so I didnt wear one to bed. So then this morning I'm at college and I go to the bathroom and im heavily bleeding. So now I know I'm on my period. My question is why did I start my period a week and a half early? and does that mean he ripped the hymen or whatever its called?? I'm starting to get worried. Please tell me whats going on.

Was that your first time having s_x? It sounds like what I did the first time I had s_x. But I would see a doctor about that. They see things like this all the time. So don't be afraid to tell them what's going on. It could also be the way he was going in. I hope that helps, if not ask some more questions.

If this was your first s_xual encounter it is perfectly normal to bleed.
