Hi, i got married on Jan 23rd, and got my 1st pd on 28th Jan, now i feel very tired, my stomach feels something, is that i am pregnant, i didnt completed my 1 month marraige life too.

If you have a 28 day cycle you probably ovulated Feb 11th with implantation and first signs Feb 18th. You sound like you have weird cramps and fatigue. Next week you could look for more peeing, changes in gut function, b___st and nip signs and other stuff. Test when late or light using first morning pee. GL!
