7days Late On Period Possible Pregnancy Please Help

I am 7 days late on my period! I'm beer usually late! Me and my boyfriend have been trying for a baby for about 3 months now.
I've had cramps like period but only last a few seconds where as usually my period pains last longer. My appet_te has gone through the roof and I seem a little more tired than normal! I don't really have any other pregnancy symptoms other than a little constipation and bloated!
I did a test on the 5day of my missed period but came bck neg!
Can anyone please help and give some advice ??

Good exposure and a weird period! Test again after a week, some pregnancies test positive late.
