so after I posted this I just tried to forget about it an go about my day an not worry about it. But then next morning I woke up with hot flashes and cold chills I felt sick to my stomach AND hungry but then I try to eat n I feel sick then got heartburn all within the first 30 minutes of waking up an I've felt kinda fluish as well an havin head aches that go down into my neck n my eyes have felt all heavy n some off and on cramping an my back an side were hurtin more then they normally do an this is still goinI haven't done anything much different then I normally do on a day to day basis. I wasn't extra active or anything. I'm just so confused an kinda scared because

(Iam single) I was a random spur of the moment thing an I wish I hadn't cuz it was a drunk night (he's my ex we got oregnant 2 years ago an I lost it but that was once out of the countless times we had unprotected s_x over a course of a two years an he cam in me almost every time.) But I had s_x 3 days later unprotected s_x with this guy I want to be with which was the 2nd day of my fertile time so what I wanna know is wud it have been my ex that got me pregnant if iam or this new guy? Me an this new guy had s_x 4 times out of the 5 days I was fertile an ovulating an he cam in me wud that cancel out my exs sperm? The timing between them is 3 days. I just don't wanna ruin a good thing. Sorry I wrote so much an if I got a lil personal I just wanna know what's goin on.

pdx, it sounds like you are indeed pregnant, and this is going to be a close call guywise. One guy's sperm does not cancel out another's. Tell when your last period started, how many days it is between one start and the next (minimum, average, maximun). I think your last period started March 18th, your ex was March 26th, and newguy was March 2 - April 2. Your ovulation was likely April 1st, and sperm from your ex would have had to last 6 days to be in the running. They say it is only good for 5 days max, so the odds would be highly in favor of NewGuy. Hope that helps.

question....trying to conceive baby # 3... i did 2 ovulation calendars and it said i was fertile around 4/5/12 and to ovulate on 4/8/12...had s_x 4/2-4/6... CM was very clear and watery and almos egg white-ish... had my period 3/26 and lasted 6 days...28 day cycle and 14 luteal phase...could i conceive this month?

I've read a lot of different things on the internet cuz I think I am. An it is possible to still concieve if u have s_x anytime time even once during the 3 days before you ovulate. So it is possible you could concieve this month if you ovulate 4/8 (today) an are TRYING to concieve I would have s_x today an tomorrow as well since the egg is fertile 12-24 hours after you start ovulating. Best of luck to you and your husband! Iam gna take a blood test this week to get a sooner result to find out if iam pregnant. I started havin symptom two days after I ovulated and possibly concieved an many other women had the same thing an two to three weeks later found out they were in fact pregnant after having s_x during ovulation an had preg symp two days later.

pdx503...thank you! my last 2 kids we didnt even try for, so this time we are actually calculating which makes it more stressful. we are trying for a girl since we already have 2 boys, one is 6yrs, other is 18mos...so we are trying or a girl, and ive read on multiple sites to stop trying 2 days before ovulation because the girl sperm last longer than the boy ones...so i am hoping that if i did infact ovulate today, the female sperm would still be alive and the male sperm have died off!! best of luck to you. keep us updated. baby dust!!

That is one thing that I have yet to look into. So I had s_x all 3 days before ovulation an the day of. I wonder which wud have actually reached. I wud love to have a boy first so I hope if iam in fact pregnant that I have a boy! I wish best of luck to you guys having a girl keep us updated if you find out you are pregnant!

so its been about 12 days since i ovulated and possibly concieved and today i noticed i was spotting this morning it was redish pink and just a half hour ago it was brownish red. i had the flu last time i wrote and i feel ablot better now but i still have lil bits of crampy morning sickness and dizzyness if i dont eat enough which has never happened before when ive gone a day or so without food. i think i may be experencing implanation bleeding an im goin to take a pregnancy test over the weekend and see what happens. just thought id leave an update!
