I think my last period was somewhere around 7/16.... On 8/5 my bf and I had s_x and the condom broke. Obviously, we didn't know until after it was too late. I am not on birth control. I took plan b like 13 hrs afterwards. But that night my tummy was feeling a little crampy. Very lightly though... Today I started feeling really nauseous and I can't even get out of bed. My lower abdomen is feeling kinda funky and light crampiness with a few morenoticeable cramps here and there. Could it be possible I'm pregnant? Could I really be having symptoms 4 days after the condom broke???

If your dates are right, and if you have a 28 day cycle, 8/5 would have been several days too late to catch ovulation, and you are now experiencing side effects of an O/D of hormones. PlanB will do that. Take a couple of home tests at one week intervals, starting when your period is due, just to be sure. PlanB may even affect your next period in timing or intensity. GL!

I am wondering if I could be as well. My husband and I have been ttc for 9 months. When I first when of BC my cycles seem to be regular (30-32 days), but in the last 5 months they have been very irregular (54 days and 43 days) I am currently at 42 days for this cycle. In the last couple of weeks I have noticed a lot of whitish discharge. I feel nauseated at different points in the day, but it only lasts for a few minutes. I seem to fall asleep when I didn't even know I was tired. I haven't been stressed or anything like that. No spotting, no back aches other than I can't seem to get comfortable at night. My b___st are sore (especially the nipples) but don't seem larger and my areola seem the same. The last two cycles I took several tests and they all came out negative and then I got my period. I took a test a few days ago and it was negative as well. Not sure what to think. Help or advice???

Fatigue, lotion discharge, sensitive nipples, nauseous feelings, trouble getting comfortable in bed are all promising signs. How about appet_te and smell changes, light-headed moments, hot flashes, vivid dreams, peeing more often, acen, stuffy nose etc? Try a test next weekend using first morning pee. If still unlucky you may have to resort to opk, temperature charting, or learning to recognize signs of ovulation (cervix, libido, cramp). Baby dust for you!

Smells don't bother me. Seem less hungry than normal. Peeing more isn't a good indicator with me due to blood sugar issues. I get really hot at night and I seem to have a stuffy nose more often than not. I also noticed this morning a pinkness to the discharge. Don't know if it is my period coming or spotting???

Just an update: Ended up getting my period this morning so not pregnant :( . However, put a call into my doctor about unusually long cycles (anywhere from 44-54 days). Waiting to here back so let you know what I find out.

Grandpa Viv just wanted to update. Got a call back from my doctor today. They want me to go to a fertility clinic that is a__sociated with the group to see if they can help. Problem is my insurance will not pay for any fertility drugs or procedures, but they cover the doctors. So I am at a loss on what to do. Any suggestions??? I thought about calling them to see if they fertility drugs are affordable without insurace or what.

Thanx for the update. I guess there are some simple things the fertility people could try that would not cost too much. The desperation measures are very expensive. There's no harm in getting a check-up and asking these questions directly. Meanwhile I think you should read up on "BBT temerature charting". GL!
