Hi My husband busted in me July 11th and yesterday July 19 I started my period can I be pregnant?

If your period was expected about July 19th, the July 11th date would have been to late in the cycle to cause pregnancy. You have a period and no early pre signs. What makes you wonder if you are pregnant - wishful thinking?
