Can T Tell If I M Pregnant Or Not

I was wondering if I could be pregnant. I was suppose to start my period on Sunday the 11 of March but instead of my period I got brown discharge (only see it when I wipe and sometimes spots on a panty liner), this has been accompanied by cramping. When I Tested it came out with a very faint positive. Could this mean that I am pregnant, or could I be having a miscarriage?
