Confused About Pregnancy And The Pill

Hi I'm 18 and I have an 11 month old baby, he was unplanned but I wouldn't trade him for the world he's my life, my absolute prIde n joy! Anyway I'd love to have another baby but not for at least another 5 years, any time before that and not only would I be unable to cope but my family would kill me, I've been on the pill since I had my baby but I've heard a lot of stories about girls having children young, going on the pill afterwards then getting pregnant on their 2nd year of the pill does anyone know how likely it is that this could happen?
