Could I Be Pregnant Advice PLEASE

I am currently on BC but at the time that this may have happend I was on the 7 days of sugar pills. I have regular periods that always come on time and I have not been stressed or anything out of the ordnary. I was suppost to start my persiod on April 6th and I am currently 4 weeks late, cramps and sore nipples. I have taken test all negative. I even took a blood test and it was negative but I took it a week ago. I want to know if I could still be pregnant and if this has happend to anyone else. I would really like to be pregnant.

You are not supposed to be ovulating anywhere near the sugar pills. A negative blood test when three weeks late is pretty conclusive. No menstruation can be a sometimes effect of BC. It would surprise me to hear you really are pregnant.
