We are TTC and my DH will be out of town so we DTD 4 days before I ovulate. Would DTD that one and only day give me any hopes of becoming pregnant? We DTD cycle day 8 and I ovulate on CD 12. My only concern is that I was only "wet" that day and the next night is when I finally got the EWCM. Was it too soon??

Women do sometimes get pregnant from s_x on cycle day 8. Sperm can last 5 days under favorable conditiond. Ovulation may be a day or two earlier than expected. Which said, the chances of success are much diminished. Don't go getting your hopes up. Baby dust!
