Heartbeat 144 On Doppler But Nothing On Ultrasound

I don't know who to talk to anymore. I have been having several pregnancy symptoms since the 15th of april (3 very slight bleeds since then). I had blood drawn at possible 6 and 10 weeks (if indeed pregnant). I went to a gyno this morning (would be almost 14 weeks now), he checked trough transva___al ultrasound my uterus which had thick lining he said (16mm) but no sac or baby. I borrowed a doppler machine from a friend of mine ,using the doppler machine just above my pubic area (and also wearing a hearrate monitor for jogging to check my own heartbeat between 85 an 98 usually when I use the doppler), I find every time very easily a heartbeat of approxx 144 today (165 the other day) sounding like a train, when I turn the doppler a bit it gives the same noise with a swooshing sound in it. I tried to explain this to my gyno this morning, he just came in 2 min and let the assistant do the rest. They said I'm probably not pregnant but have mixed hormones and they went and gave me a bloodtest and I need to come back next week to schedule a DenC. Is it still possible that somewhere downthere is still a pregnancy going on, I know it sounds weird but I just feel something is going on, I sometimes wake up and night just feeling like all my organs are chuffed up ,can't sleep on my belly and would really like someone who takes me serious. I hope some of you can give me some advice. I have heard of a double uterus (but never diagnosed with it?) or abdominal pregnancies (ectopic inplanted in the abdomen) or did they just not looked very well or last possibility am I going crazy ?
