He had s_x with her on the 24 or 25 of May. She is due on Feb 22.Is there anyway he could be the father ?

He could be, especially if she denies s_x with anyone else in the next week. A due date of Feb 22 coincides with last period starting May 18th 2011, ovulation June 1st. On May 25 she would have recently finished her period, and sperm could have lasted inside her until ovulation, which in some women occurs as early as cycle day 10. A paternity test will figure it for sure. Be nice and give her the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.

Sperm can survive up to 5 days inside, and ovualtion can be as early as day 10 of the cycle.
