Late Period And Back Cramps

Hey ladies! I have always been very regular when it comes to AF - she is never late. This month she is 4 days late and tonight (4th day late) I am having very light spotting, pretty much only when I wipe. The past two days, my lower back and lower abdomen has been extremely achey (maybe even more so than what my monthly period would bring). I dont recall there being any spotting between my last period and tonight - could this be implantation bleeding? Has anyone else experienced cramping/achiness such as this? Thanks for your input!

Did you have s_xual exposure the weekend of the 5th? Are you unusually tired with other weird things going on with your body? Run a home preg test first pee tomorrow morning, and repeat a week later if still in doubt. GL!
