Missed 2 Periods No Signs Of Pregnancy

Ok so I have officially missed 2 periods fully. I took 9 tests at home, all negative. I did a blood test a few weeks ago also negative. I've now missed my 2nd period and just got more blood work done today. I do not feel pregnant. My br___t do not feel sore and I have not felt sick. I always get headaches so not sure if ican tell about that. The only thing different lately is my gums are sore which doesn't normally happen my feet hurt but that could be from cleaning up 3 yeards Sunday it's now Thursday after hurricane Irene. I feel tired but I get tired sometimes without thinking I may be pregnant. I'm not stressed about it, if I am well I'm not ready but I'm 24 and with the guy I'm getting married to so I'll be happy either way :) I kinda am hoping I am just so I don't have to hear it's something worse :/ could I be pregnant with no symptoms at all?

Hmm. I know one woman who claimed the only early signs she got was vivid dreams, but perhaps she did not know of the others. The gums piece would be from blood vessel formation - veins showing more - that does come with pregnancy. You probably need to get your teeth cleaned by a dentist. At this stage you should be doctoring for missed period, not nexessarily for pregnancy. Some little thing may be in need of sdjustment. If your blood work comes back negative, ask for more explanations. GL!
