Montgomery Glands PMS Or Pregnancy

This month, my br___ts became sore earlier than usual, I've noticed appet_te changes (huge increase and then, like today, none), I'm gassy and bloated, a little crampy every now and then and had a gagging fit the other morning. I got worried and started doing some research on the internet and saw some literature about the prevelance of Montgomery glands in early pregnancy. Last night I counted six on one br___t - this evening I counted fourteen. They're raised and white. I'm four days from my period. Pregnant or PMS?

I had those in my first pregnancy...it is a sign if you've never had a child. However, I have a 2-year old and they never went away, so obviously not a sign for me!
