I know this is terribly cliche but I'm extremely confused about what's going on with me lately!
Though I don't chart my BMT or hcg, I have kept track of my menstrual cycle for the past 2 years. My earliest period during the past 2 years was on CD28 and my latest was on CD31. I've never, ever missed a period in the 13 years I've been menstruating and I've never been much later than my 29 day "average" CD for my period arriving. I'm very very regular and predictable! For the past 8 years with my fiance, we've only ever used condoms for birth control, never had breakage, leaking, or slipping. Figured we were extremely good condom-users!
Well, my last period occured on May 11th and lasted 3 days, as it always does. I'm now on CD42 (about 13 days late) and haven't gotten my period! I've never ever been this late before. Even before I realized how late I was, I have been getting light-headed and had cramps for about 4 days (which have since subsided), and also I've gotten terrible acne (worst it's been in many years), hair growth on my chin, and heartburn. My br___ts aren't swollen or sensitive nor have I had an increase in urination. I am congested a lot (I don't have summer allergies, nor am I ill) and get nauseated during the afternoons, on-and-off for about 3 hours.
I'm not under stress (I actually just got a great bonus at work and my relationship is great) nor has my diet or exercise routine changed.
I took two pregnancy tests at CD35 and CD37 but both were BFNs. I took another on CD40 and it was negative as well. All of these were taken using my first morning urine.
Help???

I see why you are confused. Google "follicular cyst" and see if any of that makes sense. Call the doc if you miss two periods in a row. GL!
