I generally get my period between days 25-30 and today is day 31. I have had very very light cramping that goes away on it own within minutes and still no bleeding has occured. My br___ts are tender and I tested negative this morning. Should I wait and take another test in a few days or just call the doctor if bleeding doesn't occur soon?

Yes i think you should test again in a few days. If positive result and no period, call the doctor. i just had my baby 3 months ago and all my tests were neg. then my doctor sent me for bloodwork and it was pos.. good luck
