Symptoms And Negative Tests

Hello everyone. My period for the last two months have been very light and have only lasted for two days each. This month, I didn't get my period at all (just slight spotting). I've taken three pregnancy tests and even went to the doctor for a blood test. All were negative. I know that I should take that as fact, but I have thick blue veins really visible in my br___ts, heartburn, tummy achess and nausea. Has anyone experienced this, and if so were you really pregnant? What should I do?

i am in the same situation now,
i feel sick all the time, am sure my b___bs are quite a bit bigger & ppl i know comment that i might be pregnant but the tests keep showing negative.
i dont know what it means, i hope its pregnancy but i don't know if i should just take the negatives as they are
