Little bit of background - my DH and I have been TTC for almost 2 years - turns out he has low sperm count and low motility so we are being referred for IVF. While we are waiting for that to go through we are still TTC as it only takes one! :) Well this month we timed intercourse perfectly around ovulation and also used preseed. About a week after ov I started cramping quite badly on and off throughout the day, felt sick, dizzy and at one point felt like I was going to faint. My periods are regular - every 28 days with pink spotting about 4 days before. Periods are normally very heavy, lots of clots, very painful and last between 5-7 days. I started af on Friday (28th day) but had no spotting leading up which I normally have. My first day wasn't heavy at all and not painful - didn't even take a painkiller which is unusual for me - I'm normally in bed all day, crying with a hot water bottle and painkillers. Second day of my period was a lot lighter and faded off to brown spotting. Next day I had nothing at all then in the evening a little brown spotting then today nothing again. When I used tampons on Friday (1st day of flow) they were the small ones and for the past 10 years I have always had to use super plus bec of how heavy I normally bleed. Has anyone had a similar experience? I took a preg test last Mon (a week ago) and it was bfn. Any chance I could be pregnant or am I just having a weird period for the first time in my life?
