Women Having Period While Pregnant

Hello I need some advice. My period came and lasted regular amount of time. I only noticed some small changes in amount of flow at start. A week later I started having headaches nausea feeling like I wanted to vomit. Headaches lasted for 5 days and other symptoms went away. A week after that (2 wks after period) I saw light brown discharge for about 3 days. Since then I've noticed thick white discharge. I never have had brown or pink discharge between periods. Also abdomen feels different. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
