Ive had a implanon remove recently but had very irregular periods and ive bn bleeding for three weeks nw also bn on bill control pill 3 wks and still. Been feeling sick lately not normal for me too feel like that. Could i b pg?

I was bleeding thinking I was on period then it stopped after just 3 days & was thinking could I be pregnant? haven't been bleeding since, someone please help also thinking implantation & some a little morning sickness too:
