Am I Pregnant? I Have PCOS!

Hey I'm new here ! I have a history of PCOS ( Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and I have a miracle daughter who is 5 years old. Me and my husband have been trying to conceive Since 2014 after we lost baby #2. I have an app called Glow which helps with tracking your period and helps with TTC. Last month I had 2 periods, oddly, and according to Glow I ovulated last week from the 6th to the 12th and on the most fertile day we had sex and the days after that. I am now seeing EWCM which is stretchy (i was told the best time to check it is after a BM) could this mean i am pregnant? Or was the app wrong and I am ovulating now? My period isn't due for another week (August 25th)
