Bleeding 3 Days Mid Cycle

Hi can someone help me about bleeding after inter course? I had s_x on day 13 of my cycle and then from day 14-16 I had bleeding (3 day bleed). Could this be implantation bleeding or not because the bleeding was the day after s_x aka day 14 of cycle when I "should" be ovulating. Or could this be a period? I'm so confused on what day to count from period,first period or the mid cycle bleed. Either way I'm late but getting a negative result from test!
Also what symptoms should I be looking out for?
Please can someone help me because I'm getting so worried,has anyone else had a mid cycle bleed after s_x?

Sometimes there is spotting from ovulation itself, but not a three day event. By the time your period was originally due you would likely be experiencing fatigue, weird cramps, more peeing, b___st and nip signs, upset gut, appet_te and smell changes etc. Test again wen two weeks late. If you have an annual gyno visit, this might be a good time for the next appointment. GL!
